Adding Attendance to a First Timer

The church has the capability to monitor and record the attendance history of each visitor through a dedicated tab. This feature plays a crucial role in understanding visitor engagement and participation in services. Here's how it works:
Automatic Attendance Recording: As soon as a visitor attends a service, their attendance is automatically registered within the system. This immediate capture of attendance data is then displayed on the dashboard for easy access and review.
Manual Attendance Entry: In addition to automatic recording, attendance for each visitor can also be manually entered for any subsequent services. This flexibility ensures that all attendance data is accurate and comprehensive, even if the automatic system misses an entry.
Transition to Full Membership: Before a first-time visitor is transitioned to a full member status, their attendance history can be meticulously tracked and reviewed. This attendance record supports the church in making informed decisions about moving visitors to full membership based on their engagement.
