To add a first timer, simply click on the Add first timer button and a popup should show up to fill the details. On the question of “How did you hear about us”, if “Invited by a church member is selected”, there is a dropdown that shows the church member who invited the visitor. This is put in place in case the visitor is not reachable, they are able to trace how the visitor was invited. First timers with family members can also be added just like adding a church member to the portal.
