For very large churches where it is almost impossible to take/track attendance for every member, the church admin is able to take a generic attendance for total number of people (Male, Female & Children). These attendances are also tied to services. i.e., Sunday Service, Bible Study, daily meetings etc.

Churches are also able to allow their members login to the platform and take attendance themselves. When a user logs in, they are able to take attendance for themselves and every member of their families. Please take note that this is ONLY possible when the member in within a certain radius from the church location.

Certain Individuals are assigned roles on the platform to be able to mark attendance for family members. The admin is able to add such categories of users on the platform and these users once logged in, will be able to see the list of families that have been assigned to him/her. They are then able to take attendance. Admin is able to reassign those families to another group in the event that the usher/user is not in church.
