Navigate to Member Profile: Open the member's profile to begin the process of adding them to a department.
Access the Department Section: Within the member's profile, locate and enter the "Department" section, which is dedicated to departmental assignments, and click the "assign" button; this will initiate the Assign department pop-up.
Select a Department: From the dropdown menu, choose the department you wish to assign the member to. The dropdown menu provides a comprehensive list of all departments established by the church, select member designation and indicate if member is the head of the department .
Complete the Addition: Once a department is selected, the member is automatically added to that department. It's important to note that members can be affiliated with multiple departments simultaneously, allowing for versatile involvement within the church community.
